In these uncertain times, as we navigate our busy lives, tending to our children and families while juggling work and numerous daily tasks, have you considered setting aside some precious moments just for yourself?

Bridge Wellness Gardens invites you to embark on a journey that focuses on nurturing your well-being. We offer you and your team a four-hour session dedicated to rejuvenating your mind and body. This unique experience involves working with essential oils to create soothing pillow sprays, invigorating massage oils, and relaxation roll-ons. In addition, you'll be treated to delectable meals crafted from the produce of our very own market garden.

What to Expect:

  • Aromatherapy Workshops: Learn how to use essential oils for relaxation, to aid sleep, lift your mood, and enhance general well-being.
  • Mindfulness & Meditation: Discover the power of self-care and find new ways to prioritize your mental health.
  • Sound Bath: Experience deep relaxation in our purpose-built meditation dome.
  • Tailored Activities: Engage in well-being activities specifically tailored to you or your group's needs.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing in layers and bringing along a blanket and pillow for added comfort.

Upon your arrival, one of our team members will warmly welcome you and guide you to our Better Lives Centre. Refreshments will be served as you settle in. The session facilitator will provide an introduction to the day's activities, and please note that we'll send out medical questionnaires in advance for your convenience.

The day commences with a brief presentation on what well-being truly entails, followed by a morning filled with delightful scents, massages, and sensory experiences using essential oils. You'll receive guidance on creating your own relaxing pillow sprays, invigorating massage oils, and handy relaxation roll-ons, perfect for those much-needed breaks. After this, you'll participate in workshops designed to help clear your mind.

Lunch will be thoughtfully served, providing a satisfying intermission.

The journey continues as we head to our Meditation Dome, a space designed for serenity, filled with soft lighting, soothing music, and delightful aromas. You'll be made as comfortable as possible, with various seating options available, including body-sized bean bags, footstools, tumble mats, and yoga mats for those who prefer to lie down. Here, you'll be introduced to the art of relaxing breathwork, followed by a soothing meditation. As everyone reaches a state of true relaxation, we'll treat you to a gentle sound bath performed with crystal and Tibetan healing bowls. At this point, you can also request distant Reiki healing.

Following these experiences, we'll engage in a discussion to gauge how everyone is feeling, and then we'll conclude the day with refreshments and departures.
